Definitely! We offer a wide range of supplemental classroom materials including digital content subscriptions; teacher resources like teacher guides, lesson plans, worksheets and more; Common Core Text Sets with Teacher Guides; take home customized backpacks; storage bins and baskets; games and activities for classroom use; and book and video collections. Is there a minimum purchase?
No, there are never any minimums when you place an order with us. Our everyday 30% off retail pricing starts with the first item in your order.

Do you offer any discounts?
Our everyday discount on most books and classroom libraries is 30% off retail. For orders over $5,000, you receive 35% off retail prices. We also have thousands of bargain books that can be up to 90% off retail. How can I pay for my items?
In addition to all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), we also accept school purchase orders. Purchase orders must be received prior to order completion.

What are the payment terms of school purchase orders?
Payment terms for school purchase orders are net 30 days. Balances may be settled by AHC, a check, or major credit card.

What do you charge for shipping?
Our current shipping policy is:

For zip codes starting with 0-4, shipping is 9% of the net price or a $7.50 minimum. For zip codes starting with 5-9, shipping is 10% of the net price or a $7.50 minimum. Freight charges will be prepaid and included as part of your invoice.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders of in stock items will ship within 48 hours of the order. If you have specific packing or timing needs, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your requests. Backordered items will be cancelled after 60 days.

How are online credit card orders processed?
An online order purchased with a credit card undergoes a pre-authorization hold for about 10-15% more than the order total. Pre-authorizations are valid for up to 30 days. Once the order has shipped, an invoice will be created and the credit card will be processed for the exact total of the order. If the order partially ships, then a second order/invoice will be produced and undergo the same process. AKJ Education is committed to your privacy and secure transactions so no credit card information is ever kept on file.

How do I get a custom quote?
We are always happy to help you put together a free custom quote! To make your request, fill out the quote request form or call one of our Customer Specialists at 800-922-6066.

How quickly do you complete price quotes?
Free price quotes are typically completed within 2 business days, oftentimes the same day. You can also prepare a wishlist through our online store by selecting the items you want and saving them to a list. That list can then be emailed to the appropriate contact in your school for approval.

What is the return policy at AKJ Education?
Returnability will be determined on a title by title basis and will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. To ensure proper credit, all books returned must:

  • Have been purchased within the last 12 months
  • Be in clean, uncirculated, resalable condition
  • Include a return authorization; please call or email customer service to make arrangements.

Unfortunately, eBooks and digital content subscriptions are not returnable.
